WaterWalk Extended Stay Minneapolis - Plymouth

I will stay here with my pup again! The hotel is clean, quiet and the rooms are so comfortable, like having your own apartment for a few days. Everything met my expectations. The staff was so friendly and really helpful. I felt safe and really enjoyed staying here!

I stayed here for a week due to work travel. This room was perfect. The full kitchen, full bathroom, bedroom, and dining area were great. Even comes with full size washer and dryer in the suite. They provide you additional household items like dishwashing liquid and paper products. My room also had a balcony. I could’ve stayed longer - that’s how comfortable I was. Only issue I had was the thin walls, but other than that I would recommend.

This places is most definitely a luxurious apartment. Listen the staff is ready to assist you 24/7. It gets clean every single day. Oh your package?? Don’t even worry about that, because it well protected, there’s camera everywhere keeping your belongings safely as well as you. You could leave your item out for like 5 hr and it’ll still be there when you come. My mom Personally love the secure door that uses key fobs along with the Luxor one locker for package. I love that it’s very close to my job, very quiet so you don’t have to worry about noise, honestly I really enjoy how they run things. I’ve never leave a review for any of the apartment my mom an I have stayed before but I had to for this one, we’ve been here for 1 month now and so far it’s been a great experience. We aren’t in the hotel but the apartment next door, People seem to get that mixed up a lot.

My husband and I have utilized WaterWalk as more of an extended stay before our new home is ready to move into. The staff are very helpful specifically Alethia, she has such excellent customer service, making sure the guests are taken care of no matter what and Is genuinely very personable while maintaining her professionalism. The place and rooms are clean including the gym. They provide everything you need including a full size kitchen and have washers and dryers in the rooms. When we renewed our reservation, we accidentally chose a one bedroom instead of the two bedroom we’ve been staying in. They went ahead and fixed it for us but did not up charge us! It was very kind of them as they did not have to do this! Thank you Jacob, management for approving this! The location is convenient as it’s close to the freeway entrance and a few minutes drive from Medicine Lake and shops. We recommend staying here!

Randy the manager at the front desk was extremely friendly and welcoming. Our unit was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the full kitchen and washer/dryer. This was the perfect place to stay for our weekend trip.

I have all 5 stars because this place is all that and more. Randy Nelson was awesome friendly customer service. The building is beautiful, clean and smell pleasant. If I remember correctly they had a post on the front desk saying we’re away, wowing our guest with exceptional service. From the parking, front desk through out the building and in every room all I could say was Wow this is really Nice!

We recently stayed at the WaterWalk in Plymouth MN, It was excellent! Our family needed a place for 4 days and 3 nights. For the same basic price of a typical hotel, we were in a 3 bedroom fully furnished kitchen room. It was very clean, far more comfortable than any other hotel I have been at. I do not like having to eat out all the time and with the kitchen, and the ability to use their outdoor grill, (this alone saved us a bunch of $$) It was perfect for all of us to stay at. I would highly recommend that you check it out. Typically I do not give reviews for much, but when my family has been treated so well, they deserved the time for a proper evaluation. JR
